This is my first effort in writing a novel posted in blog format, actually it is my first effort in writing a novel full stop. I hoping this public display will encourage me to keep writing, when apathy would otherwise get the better of me.
I'm not going to say much about the novel apart from the fact its set in the modern day and is a thriller with horror overtones, or perhaps a horror story with thriller overtones.
One thing I will say though, this novel will contain graphic textual depictions of violence and gore, so is probably not appropriate for those readers of a sensitive disposition.
I'll start soon and hope to have at least one chunk of 500 words or more out a week, I know this is probably a pathetically low word count, but my prime concern is about continuing the writing process rather than word count, I'm sure with encouragement I can probably produce more.
